Higher Than the Treetops
Written by: Peter Evans (age 9)

There's a place higher than the treetops,
And softer than the wind.
Every christian goes there in the end.

The king lives up there, so high up in the air.
It's further than the end of space,
Our father's holy place.

This place is so fine, better than a gold mine.
Better than any precious stone,
The Lord sits in this city's throne.

This wonderful place is called heaven.
I love the Lord so much,
He's so powerful to the touch.
